St. Rocco's Hospice is looking for an IT Support Assistant.

The IT support assistant will be part of a small, multi-discipline IT team supporting the Hospice IT hardware, software and technical services throughout the Hospice site, SRH shops, Fundraising events and ecommerce facilities. This role will assist the IT Manager in ensuring that the Hospice IT systems are supported and maintained in order to ensure that St. Rocco’s IT services are available for staff when they are required and protected adequately from failures and unexpected incidents. As well as working on IT systems directly, this role will also provide technical support to other members of St.Rocco’s staff both face-to-face and remotely. This may include coaching or training users of our IT systems. The support assistant will also maintain relationships with key third party providers to ensure IT services are maintained in accordance with business needs.

Hours:Your normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week worked over 5 days between Monday to Sunday at days and times notified by your line manager. These hours do not include a ½ hour unpaid meal break which you will be entitled to take if you work a shift lasting longer than 6 hours. You may be required to work additional hours to those published.

Rate of Pay: Circa £18000.00 per annum.

The post is not a salary incremental post and pay reviews are at the discretion of the Hospice.
