Time to Talk West Sussex is a high-performing IAPT service providing primary care mental health services to people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and knowledge who can offer support to patients so that they can return to work or achieve their employment goals. Joint working with a number of clinicians across a large geographical area is also essential to the role.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop relationships with other key providers in the West Sussex area in order to encourage joined-up provision. They will also advise senior management on measures that will develop the service provision.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, focused on achieving positive outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in a rewarding and dynamic environment.

The role is for 37.5 hours per week in our West Sussex North Locality, which includes Horsham, Crawley and Mid Sussex. Your base will be negotiable but you must be willing to travel to all other areas across West Sussex when necessary.

Interviews are provisionally being held on Wednesday 3 June at Horsham Hospital. Appropriate distancing measures will be in place.
