Bookings - Senior Administrator

Salary: £19,737-£21,142 (Band 3) 

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full time)


We currently have a vacancy within our Diagnostic Administration Team (part of Clinical Administration), who are primarily based at the administration hub in Huntingdon.

The post is fundamental in ensuring that the patients’ experience is always a positive one. You will have responsibility for managing the patient pathway to ensure patients do not wait longer than necessary and the clinical teams have the information they need to support the patient journey. 

The skills we are looking for are: attention to detail, tact, patience, accurate data entry, the ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the hospital and beyond; excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner.

You should have some understanding of delivering on an aspect of a service within an administrative role and have an understanding of the 18-week RTT pathway.  Some experience of supervising staff would be an advantage but not essential.

This is a full time post - working Monday to Friday- and will be based in Huntingdon.
