Women’s Mental Health Services

Waterloo Manor is a 56 bed Hospital located within a therapeutic setting. We provide a high quality, multi-professional, specialised assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours. Due to continued growth and development of our services we are seeking the following enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individuals to expand and complement our existing team.

Role: To maintain a high standard of nursing care within the unit. Ensure that the environment provides an atmosphere, which supports the positive development of the patient’s behaviour and mental state. To supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective professional leadership-Please see attached job description.

Full time shift pattern-

week 1- wednesdy thursday friday

week 2- monday,tuesday,saturday and sunday

Night shift 20.00pm-8.15am, Day shift 8am-20.15pm (handover paid)
