Staff Nurse – Trust wide – (Registered & Newly Qualified)

We are looking for Registered Nurses, including newly qualified to join our fast moving specialist hospital in the field of Cardiothoracic surgery and medicine. You will be part of the bigger picture assisting us to achieve our mission which is to deliver world class care in our clinical services, underpinned by world leading teaching, research and expertise.

We have a robust induction programme to support you in your new role. Once in your clinical area you will receive strong support through preceptorship, supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure you get the very best from your career with us.

We have clinical educators who will support you through your competencies. Our hospital offers the opportunity to further your knowledge giving you a solid foundation on which to base your clinical practice in acute Cardiothoracic care.
