West Kent Integrated Primary Healthcare Services

 Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides integrated primary healthcare services to two prisons in West Kent – HMP Maidstone and HMP East Sutton Park. You will be joining the team at a great time as we are securing our reputation as a high performing organisation within Prisons locally.

Our aim:

“To provide each prisoner with access to NHS services equivalent to those available to the general public. It is, however recognised that maintaining security for all prisoners is of paramount importance as well as meeting the safety and welfare needs of staff undertaking these health care provisions.”

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust looking for RGNs, preferably with experience of working in a Primary Care setting on a full time basis. Our services include:

  • Primary care nursing
  • Long Term conditions
  • Minor injuries and Illness’
  • Emergency care
  • Health assessment and Health checks
  • Wellman/woman clinics

 

We are a Multi-Disciplinary Team who support GP services, Optometry, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Sexual Health and mental health services
