Bath Reablement Team

You will have an Occupational Therapy degree and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.  

As a Occupational Therapist with the Bath Reablement Team you will provide Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to people in their own homes. Reablement is a multi-disciplinary team and you will work closely with Physiotherapists, district nurses and GPs. Reablement is able to provide short term intensive support to people who have just been discharged from hospital, admission avoidance and community rehabilitation. Reablement sees people with a wide variety of pathologies and conditions. We are a 7-day service. You will be based primarily at St Martin’s Hospital in Bath.
