This is a call to action to help the NHS in these unprecedented times as the NHS prepares itself for the spread of the Covid 19 virus. CPA has a long history of working in partnership with various and diverse NHS provider organisations as well as providing directly commissioned services to a number of CCG’s.


About the role


Community Practitioner Alliance (CPA) CIC is supporting the delivery of services in the Leicestershire and surrounding area including Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and beyond. We are now seeking highly skilled and experienced Paramedics/ Advanced Paramedics/ ECP’s to complement our existing teams during these unprecedented times.


We envisage there will be a variety of roles and responsibilities required both in the acute and community setting and therefore we are looking for a diverse range of skills sets and experience from applicants.


CPA are a highly-experienced Practitioner led organisation with considerable experience in designing, mobilising and delivering acute visiting services within the community setting.



To succeed, you will be a Registered Paramedic and may have a variety of post registration skill sets and experience. This call to action is also available to newly qualified Paramedics as well as Paramedics that have recently retired. You will have the ability to communicate, liaise and interact effectively with multi professional teams across organisational boundaries, including primary care, social services and secondary care providers.


Strong organisation and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise your workload. You will also have experience using various clinical IT systems, in addition to basic IT literacy.
