Are you an experienced property or asset management professional looking to lead a motivated property team with a mixed tenure portfolio? Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) are seeking to recruit a Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities and Professional Lead for Asset Management.

The Estates and Facilities management directorate at SCFT provide a range of professional and technical Estates and Facilities management services to the Trust and NHS Property Services across the whole of Sussex. The Trust provides a range of community health services from more than 100 premises located throughout Sussex.

We are looking for a dynamic forward-thinking professional to join our senior management team, and deputise for the Strategic Director as required.
