The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is excited to be able to offer the opportunity for caring, compassionate and highly motivated individuals to undertake a Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship – Adult, in collaboration with the Open University.

There will be a number of Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeships available across our Trust commencing in September 2020.

The duration of the course is 3 years and is a balance of theory and practice delivered through a combination of practice-based learning and distance learning.

You will be employed as a Registered Nurse Apprentice for 37.5 hours per week and have a home base within a designated clinical area. You will be undertaking a variety of clinical placements and theoretical modules that meet the requirements of the Apprenticeship programme.

The application process will be twofold. Firstly you will need to submit your application via NHS jobs. Following successful shortlisting and interview you will then be directed to complete the Open University Recruitment process.
