Aneurin Bevan University Health Board support flexible working.


We are looking for a dietitian with clinical experience to join the paediatric team within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

It is an exciting time to be joining the health board with the opening of a new specialist critical care unit in 2021. The inpatient paediatric services will be relocated to this site and the post holder with be involved in the planning of this and be based in this new and innovative environment.

The post holder will be responsible for providing dietetic cover to general paediatric inpatient wards and general outpatient clinics. The post holder will also provide cover to multi disciplinary paediatric clinics within the specialist area of Gastroenterology.

Although paediatric experience would be beneficial, the post is also open to experienced dietitians looking to expand their knowledge. Paediatric clinical supervision will be offered as required.

As a team we have a training post and actively train students. The post holder would be involved in providing supervision.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
