Patient Experience Assistant, Band 4

Permanent, 1.0 WTE, 37.5 hours per week

Directorate: Therapies

Base: Pinewood House, Dartford, with travel across Oxleas other sites required.

Patient Experience is an important measure of quality and we wish to ensure that patients who use our services are provided with the best possible experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Experience Assistant to support the Patient Experience team in the coordination and measurement of Patient Experience data.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has excellent knowledge of IT packages, is highly organised and able to prioritise. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and timely IT, project and administrative support to the team. The candidate will be able to effectively communicate with a range of health care professionals and service users.

This post would be suitable for graduates with a real passion for improving the Patient Experience.
