We currently have 2 Band 4 Nurse Associate vacancies in Westminster.

We believe community nursing gives dedicated healthcare professionals the opportunity to spend more time with the patients in their own home environment and work collaboratively with other clinicians to provide more coordinated care.

You will be working independently under the guidance and direction of a district nurse team leader to provide cost effective, evidence based and safe care to our patients in their own homes. Applicants must be registered with the NMC as a nurse associate and have excellent communication, clinical skill and team working skills. Experience of working in the community is desirable but not essential.
