Speech and Language Therapist, Band 5

Permanent

Are you a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist or experienced but seeking new opportunities and looking to join a large and dynamic team of Therapists working in the Royal Borough of Greenwich as part of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust? We currently have sessions available in our School Years team due to new contracts and internal movement.

You will be well supported in your post by Principal and Highly Specialist colleagues. All posts involve some joint working with colleagues and there are opportunities to take part in training with more experienced colleagues from the outset. In addition, you will join our existing band 5 cohort offering peer support, supervision and a well-developed 18 month rolling training programme.

Relationships with schools, the Local Authority and other providers are excellent in Greenwich. The service we provide is well regarded which is reflected by the year upon year growing number of contracts with our education settings.

Where possible posts will be created based on the interests of the successful candidate ensuring there is an element of variety in your post whilst also fore filling service requirements.

Please note that Oxleas operates a probationary period, further information is available on request.
