Patient Experience and Quality Improvement Facilitator

Are you committed to improving the patient experience? Do you want to ensure that actions are taken to ensure lessons are learnt from valuable patient and carer feedback? Then this job is for you..

The Quality Governance Team are looking for a dynamic, caring and enthusiastic person to join the patient experience team to support our patients and carers, andensure we are learning lessons and taking actionto improve the experience of our service usersacross the Trust.

This role will primarily be based in the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, supporting visitors with enquiries and concerns, but with a key focus on ensuring that action is taken to identify themes and trends from feedbackand ensure actions are taken toimprove the future experience of our patients.

If you have excellent communication skills, are compassionate and empathetic, and have previously been involved inquality improvement projects then we would love to hear from you.
