Advanced Practitioner Sonographer
Radiology

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
Band: 7
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 per annum plus 12.5% recruitment and retention premia

Essential Requirements: Post Graduate Diploma in Ultrasound, HCPC accreditation

We are offering the opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of Sonographers at Harrogate & District NHS Trust.

Our service is planned to support Consultants, ‘One stop’ Hospital based clinics, ED and GP’s. Workload includes obstetrics (with nuchal screening), gynaecology, general medical, small parts, paediatrics and vascular examinations. Sonographers currently undertake MSK (including injections), HyCoSy, TRUS biopsies and breast ultrasound.

The ultrasound service is delivered at Harrogate District Hospital, Ripon Hospital and outreach community sites including North Leeds and Wetherby. Our work is client focussed and a flexible individual is required. We also provide evening and weekend sessions on a rota basis to which a commitment is required.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
