Band 2 Booking Office Clerk for MSK Physiotherapy Booking Office.

An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Booking Office team, based at Loughborough Hospital.

You will work as part of an small, friendly team dedicated to booking patients in to appointments to access MSK Physiotherapy at clinics across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, as well as providing administrative support as required to those therapy teams.

Accessing the SystmOne electronic patient record system to book appointments and record key comments regarding interactions, it is important that you are confident to use a phone and a computer. Training to use SystmOne will be provided. Due to the nature of the role, a telephone usage test will be administered as part of the interview process.

You will work 22.5 hours per week over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, however some flexibility may be required at times of high pressure due to leave or sickness.
