We’re looking for band 5 -7 nurses and health visitors who have a passion for delivering great care in the community. Whether you have an established community based career, work in another part of the NHS, are returning to work or looking to join the NHS for the first time – we’d love to hear from you.


We focus on providing good quality community healthcare to children and adults and recruit to a wide range of roles including:

  • Adult community nursing – 24hour district nursing, community matrons and case management.
  • Rehabilitation and therapies – including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, foot care, speech and language therapy, and osteopathy.
  • Children’s and family services – including health visiting, school nursing, community nursing, speech and language therapy, blood disorders and occupational therapy.
  • Walk-in centres and urgent care centres – providing care for people with minor illnesses and injuries plus providing a range of health advice and information.
  • Specialist services – including long-term condition management for people living with diabetes, heart failure, Parkinson’s and lung disease, homeless health services, community dental services, sexual health services and psychological therapies.
