Nursing Associate – Critical Care

(Requires NMC NursingAssociate registration PIN)

WORKING WITH US WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO PROGRESS IN YOUR CAREER

You will be working alongside a highly skilled workforce including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Health care assistants and liaising closely with other members of the Multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking dynamic registered Nursing Associates who are keen to pursue a career in an acute hospital setting. Our specialist Critical Care unit is a busy and challenging place to work. You will be allocated a patient to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the highest standard of evidence based and person centred care for our patients with complex needs. You will be required to work autonomously in conjunction with the whole multi-disciplinary team.

A full preceptorship and training package over 12 months will be provided to equip you with the required knowledge and skills for you to work in this highly specialised environment. You will be well supported by our dedicated Critical Care education team, and practice supervisors in clinical practice. There will be many opportunities for further personal and professional development in this highly technical and constantly evolving environment.
