The Hampshire & Isle of Wight (HIOW) health and care system is developing as an Integrated Care System, in which Primary Care Networks, Clusters, Care Systems and Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP) are the focus for delivery. The appointed individual will lead the BI/ Analytics/Corporate performance function reporting to the PSEH ICP Planning and Analytics Lead to provide the underpinning data and analytics required to focus attention on the right areas and allow better prioritisation and decision-making. The workload will include long term strategic planning for a data led-evidence-based system; building on the humanising healthcare analysis; and performance reporting against specific programmes and projects

The successful candidate will be innovative, collaborative with a strong technical expertise and be able to work across a number of organisations with the ability to influence.

You will also bring a strong and comprehensive delivery record and are able to demonstrate your abilities to work successfully in collaboration with others, often within difficult and challenging circumstances.

Please note that interviews will take place on 29th January 2020 and candidates should to be available on that date.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Visas and Immigration department requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.

From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. Adult dependants (over 18 years old) will also be subject to this requirement.
