You will be joining a highly motivated Organisation Workforce Development team with ambitious goals. This is a particularly exciting time as we are in the early stages of evolving our digital learning approach and digital learning systems.


You will have close links to the business and directly contribute to the successful achievement of the organisational values and goals.


You will be given considerable scope to develop the digital learning offering and act as an internal consultant from diagnosis through to implementation and evaluation.


Your innovative approach and digital learning design skills will be fully utilised across a wide variety of people skills, management, leadership, scientific and clinical projects transforming our delivery across the OD function.

This is a fixed term/secondment, 30 hours per week opportunity through to 31 March 2020. Location is flexible as the role can be aligned to any of our main centres.
