Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 pa

Essential Requirements: Continuing professional development to Masters Level or ability to demonstrate experience at a comparable level

Following a secondment elsewhere in the Trust, an opportunity has arisen for a 12-month secondment to a key full-time role in the governance of the Trust. Working at the heart of the Trust, directly with the Chief Executive, Chairman, Board Directors and the Trust’s Governors and Members, and managed by the Company Secretary, the successful applicant will be highly organised, a good communicator and have an eye for detail. Both challenging and rewarding, the role also includes line management responsibilities for the Corporate Support Team, which includes work experience and education liaison, providing an opportunity to enhance and extend leadership and management skills.

Regular daily contact with some of the 18,000 Trust Members adds an extra dimension to the role.

There are some evening meetings and, annually, a weekend day, for both of which Time Off In Lieu is offered.
