As Content Coordinator you’ll create compelling content for our communications to blood donors, from emails and letters to push notifications and telephone call scripts. This is a role that encourages creativity, and will reward the successful candidate with the satisfaction of being critical to the safe supply of blood to hospitals.


Committed to making a difference, you will have a proven track record in a marketing role demonstrating an exceptional grasp of written English and a flair for inventive and compelling copywriting. You’ll also have a sound understanding of the challenges of cross-channel communication plans and a knack for expressing complex information in a clear and understandable way. Customer focused in your approach, you’ll be a strong communicator able to deliver effective presentations and foster good working relationships at all levels. Your ability to multi-task, prioritise work and accommodate change will make you stand out.


Our dedicated team collects, tests, stores and delivers blood, plasma and tissue to every NHS Trust in the England and North Wales, as well as matching, allocating and analysing organ donations UK wide. As an essential service, we’re committed to positive transformation and are currently embarking on an ambitious programme of change.
