We are looking for dynamic people to join our communications and engagement team, working across the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and the Integrated Care System (ICS) in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

It is an exciting time to work in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We are one of the first Integrated Care Systems in the country, meaning that all our health and care organisations are working together toward a shared vision – to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities for our population. Our Clinical Commissioning Groups are merging, bringing six organisations together to create a single, strategic commissioner. We have strong connections to our local places and neighbourhoods through our Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

We are recruiting to a number of posts within our new communications and engagement team. Our central team supports the ICS and CCGs in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, leading on all aspects of communications and engagement.

We are currently seeking:

  • 2 X Engagement Officers

  • 2 X Communications Officers

  • Digital Communications Officer

  • Engagement Assistant

Digital Communications Officer

  • If you are keen to deliver planned campaigns and with a focus on digital media and communications - then this role if for you.

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative digital communications officer who will focus on content production and translate our vision across social media channels, whilst exploring emerging platforms and trends! As a driver for increased awareness and engagement, you will actively seek out opportunities to bring stories to life, partnering on projects across teams and supporting on the planning of events and campaigns. You will also need to be confident acting as the lead digital specialist within the wider organisation as well as the communications and engagement team.

  • In this role you will provide expert advice and support to colleagues at all levels of the organisation, while working proactively in partnership with communications professionals across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS. It is essential that you are creative, technically minded and incredibly passionate about producing and delivering highly impactful content and tailored communications; understanding the necessity in driving forward a 'digital first approach' is absolutely key! With a track record of developing multi-channel communications plans and in taking campaigns forward, you will have practical knowledge of best practice for social media, as well as a hunger to learn and utilise new trends. It is key that you value the impact of utilising analytical tools as well as possess an insight into engagement strategies for targeting different audiences. Design skills are also required for this position.
