An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and committed individual to join a very busy Catering Department.

Based at Bronglais General Hospital you will have the day to day responsibility for providing front line supervision support to all catering staff involved in food service and food production for staff, visitors and patients.

Applicants will preferably have some supervisory qualifications or a proven track record of supervising a large staff group. A professional cooking background would be desirable for this role, but not essential.

 


Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills together with a flexible approach to the needs of the service are essential.

The post holder will work a 37.5 hour week with a requirement to work unsociable hours and weekends.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

 

Interviews will be held on 3rd January 2019.
