We are Sirona care & health, a Community Interest Company committed to providing local communities with a range of high quality specialist health and social care services across South Gloucestershire, parts of Bristol and Bath and North East Somerset. For us, it’s about the personal approach; we take pride in what we do and deliver the high standard of care that we’d expect for ourselves and our families.

In return we offer an excellent range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, paid enhancements for bank holiday/night working (where applicable), a contributory pension scheme (including, for some roles, the NHS pension scheme), a planned induction program, extensive learning and development opportunities, health and wellbeing programmes, flexible working patterns, staff excellence awards, in-house physiotherapy support and more!

Sirona care & health was set up in October 2011 as a not for profit, value driven organisation providing community based health and social care to the standard we would expect for ourselves and those we care about, and with a commitment to add value to the local community.

We currently have exciting opportunitieseither on afull or part timebasis at our Henderson Rehabilitation Unit within Thornbury Hospital.

At Sirona we are passionate about delivering high quality and safe care to our patients.

Henderson Rehabilitation Unit is a 20 bedded Rehabilitation Unit where we admit patients from the local acute hospitals and directly from the community. We provide intensive rehabilitation for predominately older people following episodes of acute illness and injury, with the aim to ensure timely discharge.

We actively promote a multi-disciplinary model, where nursing staff work closely with therapists and social workers, ensuring the patient are kept at the centre of the decision making.

We are looking for nurses with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and respect for patients, carers, and colleagues to work with us to create an environment conducive to care.

So if you are willing to go the extra mile to make patients feel important then we want to hear from you.

All posts include a commitment to work: days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
