Would you like to be involved in shaping an important part of the NHS?

SCW runs an excellent graduate management scheme, offering a unique opportunity for graduates to help transform the way health services work for patients. Our role is to provide support, professional expertise and insight to clinical commissioners – the people and organisations that define, structure and ultimately provide healthcare to our population: building better care together.

Our Graduate Management Scheme is a two year development programme offering graduates action based learning and professional development in areas such as Transformation and Consultancy, Business Intelligence, Finance, Human Resources and Information Governance, giving graduates the opportunity for hands-on business training.

We operate in the commissioning support sector which is still a developing and challenging environment. In the commercial landscape in which we find ourselves, our clients don’t have to use us. Instead they choose to use us, because we deliver quality and value and because we help them to make a difference. With this in mind, we’re looking for ambitious and driven graduates who are keen to take the initiative and get things done in a resourceful and efficient manner.

Values matter to us, which is why we’re looking for aspirational, collaborative, insightful and respectful people who’ll help us achieve our vision and put patients first.
