        • An exciting opportunity has occurred for a patient transport scheduler. The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving calls from health professionals requesting non-emergency ambulance transport requests.

        • The role involves providing support for the day-to-day organisation of ambulance resources in order to provide a cost effective and efficient service by the use of dynamic planning, and day control management.

        • We are looking for applicants with experience of dealing with members of the public, in particular, customer services experience and of working within a team as well as with a good standard of general education.

        • You will be self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Some Patient transport control or liaison experience would be an advantage. Working hours 37.5 Monday to Friday shifts between 08:00 - 18:00
