Organisational Development Practitioner

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 per annum

Essential Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent specialist experience and knowledge.

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust has a strategic vision with our people at its heart and are currently seeking a talented and experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to join our Workforce and Organisational Development Directorate.

This is a 37.5 hours a week permanent post, which will play a pivotal role in helping the Trust to deliver our People Plan. Working within the Workforce & Organisational Development Team, your role will focus on strengthening the leadership skills of our staff at every level and enhancing levels of staff experience through the delivery of planned OD interventions; support the implementation of our Talent Management plan and lead on leadership programmes.

At TeamHDFT, we are seeking to close the gap between current and potential performance by building capability and providing leaders at every level with skills and the confidence they need to perform at their best.

You will have transferrable experience in designing and delivering a wide range of leadership and management programmes/workshops including, transitional change processes, holding crucial conversations, 360 appraisals and an ethos of continuous growth and learning for all of our staff, preferably in an NHS setting.

You will need to be able to quickly build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, be viewed as credible and knowledgeable in your field whilst having the confidence to support and advise staff and managers.

You will need to be a self-starter, who enjoys working within an ambitious team and works flexibly to deliver a high quality service.
