Hub Operations provide information efficiently and effectively to those in the wider donation and transplant community to make transplants happen, ensure patient safety and to help fulfil our statutory obligations. This includes facilitating up to 1,600 per year, conduct over 39,000 offers and ensuring that 4500 potential transplant recipients receive an offer of a live saving or improving transplant.

The normal working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week. However, this involves taking part in a rotating shift pattern of four days on and four days off (this consists of two day shifts followed by two night shifts). Weekend and on call work will also be required, to which enhancements will be payable.

We are looking to recruit to 4 posts – 2 x permanent and 2 x fixed term for 12 months
