Systems Test Engineer

You will be joining NHSBT at a particularly exciting time as we are embarking on a journey of change, enhancing our current IT service provision. We have now transitioned into an Agile SDLC having implemented the SAFe Framework. Safe and effective delivery of IT-enabled services through thorough software and hardware testing is key to its success.

You will be responsible for testing IT applications based on the latest technologies in an Agile SDLC. You will be testing health critical software applications based on the latest technologies like Microsoft Dynamics, IBM BPM/ODM and Mulesoft ESB. This position includes both manual and automation testing.

One of the main responsibilities for the role is test automation. Test Automation is key to delivering Agile. We are looking for candidates with skills in C# Programming on a Visual Studio Environment. Any exposure to Selenium, BDD Style tests with Gherkin, Spec flow or other automation tools would be welcome. We would be providing you with training on our Selenium/SpecFlow based automation.

You will be based in our Stoke Gifford Office in Bristol. You must be able to work flexible hours, travel across the NHSBT network may be occasionally required which may include overnight stays.
