We are in the process of extensive service development and have the following exciting opportunities available to join this developing team.

Registered Nurses (Band 5 – RMN)

Bluebell Court- located on the St Georges Park Hospital site in Morpeth.It is a ‘Nurse led’ sub-acute unit which aims to provide ongoing comprehensive and holistic assessment of the persons physical, psychological, behavioural, social and spiritual needs through validated assessment tools and multidisciplinary working.

The purpose of the unit is to support individuals maintain positive mental, physical, social and psychological needs whilst waiting for appropriate packages of care to support and facilitate discharge from hospital.

The unit has 8 beds and can accommodate both male and female patients.

The unit will operate as a multi professional /nurse led service which includes a multi professional approved clinician and will act as Responsible Clinician under the MHA 2007 for the patients on the unit.

The role will be supported by other members of the MDT including discharge facilitator and medical approved clinician
