Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a level 2 healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship Standard within a 14 month contract. Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £150.00 p/w.
As part of the apprentice scheme you will have off the job training.

Apprentice Radiology Department Assistant

As an apprentice RDA you will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care within the radiology/x-ray department. You will assist with basic administration duties as well as duties that involve patient care/welfare and help radiology staff where appropriate. You can be asked to assist patients prior to, during and after a radiological examination.
You will demonstrate high levels of patient care and work closely with qualified staff maintaining a hands on approach to patient needs.

To qualify for the apprenticeship role the minimum criteria is:-
• that you must have GCSE in English and Maths
• you do not have a degree/higher qualification
• have not completed an apprentice programme in the past
