Spectrum Community Health CIC is a community owned, award winning health provider. Our recent success at achieving four new contracts demonstrates our policy of innovation and continuous improvement, and is testimony to our committed and talented teams. As a Social Enterprise our profits are reinvested into our staff and services, and we benefit from being independent, large enough to provide a level of security, yet small enough to be able to make things happen.

Our multi-disciplinary teams provide specialist healthcare services in the North East and North West of England, and around Yorkshire. We have established markets in Health and Justice, Sexual Health and Substance Misuse. For further details of our services, please follow the link to our website.

We are developing our provision of remote clinical cover for HMP estates in the North East and North West England. You would be providing a combination of remote teleconsultation and clinical support to healthcare teams in secure estates via SystmOne based either in a local Hub or from home. Variable family friendly hours can be negotiated and sessions structured to your availability – from 1 to 10 sessions weekly, employed and self-employed contracts available. Applications from retired clinicians welcomed.

Be part of an innovative and exciting new model of primary healthcare provision, engaging with a vulnerable population with interesting and diverse needs.

Excellent written and verbal skills required, previous experience of working in secure environments or substance misuse is desirable and full training and supervision will be offered to the right candidates. Expert clinical support for the role will be accessible from our Lead Clinician.
