Department:
Critical Care Outreach
Location:

Salary:

The post holder will lead and manage a team of experienced senior nurses to deliver a service that meets the requirement of the Trust. Education and Training is a necessity within the specification of the role as the post holder will be required to provide the infrastructure that addresses the knowledge and skills deficits of ward teams in delivering acute care skills to patients.

The Critical Care Services at the Trust has an active role in the wider Central England Critical Care Network which provides us with the opportunity to network and benchmark with and against our peers on a regular basis.

The Critical Care services are continually striving to ensure that our practices of care are competency delivered, and of a high standard. The team provides a 24 hour service across the three Hospital Sites which offers the opportunity to be involved in caring for patients from all of the specialities within the Trust. Within the role, you will be instrumental to delivering Trust-wide support to lead the newly developed Sepsis team and outreach team.
