Sussex Partnership Trust is embarking on the implementation of its Clinical Strategy. This is critical in enabling the Trust to achieve the national five year forward view for Mental Health Services. The strategy also outlines the type and range of clincial services we want to offer by 2020, along with the partnerships we want to form and the clinical practise we want to see.

In order to achieve this strategy, the Trust is looking to bring about a significant change in the way that information is used throughout the organisation and is investing heavily in and analytics over the next three years. This investment has been made possible as the Trust has been accepted as a Global Digital Excemplar Fast Follower. This programme will help support the Trust to achieve our ambition to become a national leader in IT and analytics.

We are looking to recruit a Solutions Developer to join our team.

We are looking for a bright, motivated and energetic individual with a strong technical background, who has the ability to work alongside operational and clinical leads to bring about imrovements to our services, supported by information. The ability to work will as part of a team, with strong communications skills willl be as important as a strong development bacground.

The post holder will work with fellow Solutions Developers to produce an integrated information architecture that enables connectivity and data communication, delivering information to various audiences in the most dynamic, appropriate and meaningful way.

The post holder will be skilled in extract/transform/load (ETL) processing from multiple data sources, data processing, data management, data structures, inter-system connectivity, report development and documentation. Significant technical skills (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, asp.Net, VB, VB.Net, Powershell and Microsoft Access) are required for this role.
