Project Support Manager

This post is for 6 months to support a project.

The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Health and Social Care network have an exciting opportunity to implement and roll out a standardised work experience programme across the area. This role would ideally suit someone with experience in arranging work experience, a good understanding of schools and the Gatsby principles and a desire to help attract staff into the health and social care workforce.

The role will include setting up networks, developing a shared goal, implementing shared principles, evaluating outcomes, reporting and project support for the Project Lead.

The new role is based within the Trust however will be expected to work across a number of organisations within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

The post holder is required to support the culture of a learning organisation, proactively look to grow the service through identifying new opportunities, promoting health and social care careers and showcasing good practice. The post holder is required to work with a high degree of autonomy on a regular basis, often managing multiple competing priorities; this will require excellent planning, communication, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.

The post holder must be able to communicate information to a wide range of staff groups and key stakeholders across the network using the appropriate means.
