Patient Systems Specialist [SystmOne/ICE]

Salary: £30,401 to £37,267 pa

Essential Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

The SystmOne & ICE team are looking for a patient systems specialist to provide specialist knowledge development and support, be committed to service delivery and continual customer focussed improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead within a growing team.

The team are currently responsible for the training, administration, management and further development of 2 key clinical systems:

  • SystmOne: The patient clinical system which is used by a large number of community and acute services

  • ICE [Interoperability Communications Environment] : which is widely used across the whole organisation and local healthcare community.

The teams using SystmOne provide services across the whole of the North Yorkshire, County Durham, North East and Tees Valley localities and it is crucial that the post holder has a flexible approach and is willing to travel.

The transformational changes being undertaken by Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust are underpinned by our continued drive to improve quality and efficiency as we integrate community health and acute hospital services to create a new model of care. You will be able to demonstrate a clear defined track record of patient/clinical systems management, change control and process management, and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making.
