A role for an experienced Monitoring Officer has become available.
We are looking for an experienced, efficient and effective person to support the Estates & Facilities Services currently being delivered in East London and surrounding areas in a NHS Mental Health environment.

This role will be to carry out technical audits on a daily basis and to assist in developing and implementing a robust and effective monitoring system that will ensure the performance of services against the relevant specifications and quality standards across all the sites across the Trust.

This will include retrieving audits and reports from a web based system.

Full working knowledge of Innovise or a similar system will be an essential requirement for the post.

You will be required to produce regular reports on contract delivery, reporting successes, failures and corrective actions taken and develop action plans to resolve service failures.
A good knowledge of IT skills is essential along with excellent written and verbal communication.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all colleagues within the London area who have any queries or require any assistance with FM related problems and will be required to trouble shoot and effectively resolve issues as and when they arise.
