CQC Outstanding Practice requires a full time Operational Manager

Forest Gate E7

We are an award winning, University linked GP teaching and training Practice with 14,000 patients. Staffed by 13 doctors and complemented by enthusiastic and friendly admin team. Excellent and committed management, administrative and clinical support teams which value individual needs.

We require an Operational Manager with initiative, drive, strong HR, interpersonal and IT skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Service delivery and customer care
  • Human Resources
  • GP Contract quality targets
  • IT

You will be working with the General Manager based in modern air conditioned, comfortable and recently extended premises with excellent transport links.

Training and further career development will be positively encouraged.

Salary commensurate with appropriate skills and qualifications, minimum £25k up to £30k per annum + NHS pension.
