Cygnet Health Care is one of the UK's largest independent providers of mental health and social care pathways, providing high value integrated services to a wide range of individuals. We aim to offer personalised care to service users with psychological, emotional and addiction disorders. We have established ourselves as providers of a full care pathway from medium secure services all the way through to supported living in the community.
Originally founded in 1988, primarily to provide private psychiatric services, Cygnet Health Care now delivers an increasingly wide range of services for a number of NHS commissioning bodies. We currently hold contracts with NHS England and 65 other NHS entities across the UK and Wales.
Cygnet Health Care employs a wide range of staff to create multidisciplinary teams at each site. These teams vary in their make-up depending on the service provided, but on most sites we have roles for RMNs, consultant psychiatrists, junior doctors, support workers, psychologists, therapists, social workers as well as many roles for staff providing the vital hotel and administrative services that support the excellent clinical work at each hospital.
We are looking for individuals who are driven by the desire to provide an excellent service user led experience, who are recovery focused and who are also aware of the increasing pressure on all health care professionals to meet the necessary regulatory requirements that increasingly govern what we do.
