THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE

NWSSP is responsible for the full 'Procure to Pay' process for all Health Boards/Trusts in Wales. NWSSP Procurement Services is a successful, award-winning organisation that supports the delivery of goods and services to NHS Wales. An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a leading role in developing our Quality Management Framework within the newly opened National Distribution Centre (IP5) ensuring that certifications are implemented in a professional and timely manner, with appropriate documentation and governance in place. The post holder will provide a full range of internal audits against ISO requirements, project coordination and administrative services to a standard that enhances clients and colleagues’ perception of Procurement Services and maintaining at all times the confidential aspects of the role.

Exciting challenges lay ahead with the current activity associated with the Site, including the transition of one of our local Supply Chain Stores into the Site.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
