Band 3 - Children’s Community Carer Day Shifts

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional health needs? Have you previously worked with children in a health, educational or social care setting?

An exciting opportunity to provide clinical care to children with additional health needs including tracheostomies and ventilators at home has arisen.

  • Minimum of 22.5 hours per week (potentially split shifts) hours to be discussed at interview

  • You will need access to a car with business insurance to travel to the children’s homes within Surrey

  • Previous experience is desirable however not essential as full competency training is provided; there will be an initial induction period followed by supervised practice

  • Opportunities for career progression as you develop your skills
