An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Community Practioner to join a team of community nurses based with the ICP PCN at Horton Park. The post is full time, 37.5 hours over a 7 day week. The Community Team visit patients at home and in residential homes. The role will support developing clinical duties. You will need to be either a Registered Nurse or Paramedic, be a car driver and able to work on your own to be suitable for this new role!
