Senior Immunisation Nurse (Band 6) Permanent 30 hours per week TTO+3 Weeks
£31,365 - £37,890 full time equivalent (2018/19 pay scale).
Following a comprehensive restructure of our services Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS) is recruiting extensively to our Community 0–19 and School-age immunisation service.
This newly established Senior Immunisation Nurse post is based at Ashford Clinic, Stanwell Road, Ashford TW15 3DU; the post holder will lead a team of immunisation nurses vaccinating school age children in the Boroughs of Spelthorne and Elmbridge. Co-location with the Spelthorne School Nurse team will support close working relationships and opportunities to increase the uptake of immunisations in one of the most deprived boroughs in Surrey
A Registered Nurse qualification and Car owner / driver are essential.
In response to the Community 0–19 and School-age immunisation service specification the post holder will work flexibly to enable Saturday morning and after school clinics.
You will be guided and supervised by a Clinical Team Leader, supported with management tasks and encouraged to further develop your leadership skills.

Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI National Insurance in the usual way.We don’t operate Golden Hellos for Band 7 or Band 8 posts, Bank posts or fixed term contracts.
