An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team within CSH Surrey.

The Recruitment team requires an organised Advisor to assist in the provision of an efficient, comprehensive and timely service.

Responsible to the Recruitment Team Leader the Recruitment Advisor will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to offers of employment as well as meeting deadlines and ensuring KPIs (key performance indicators) are achieved. This will involve:

  • being the first point of call for recruitment queries and issues for managers and other key stakeholders
  • delivery of a comprehensive and responsive recruitment service within CSH
  • providing specialist guidance on creative advertising and robust selection processes
  • adherence to the NHS employment check standards and compliance with appropriate employment legislation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team are essential. We will also be looking for you to demonstrate:

  • previous experience of pre-employment check compliance
  • previous experience working in an operational recruitment role
  • up-to-date knowledge of resourcing and recruitment processes and best practice
  • able to build effective working relationships with managers at all levels of seniority
  • Previous experience of using recruitment attraction methods

Previous experience of recruitment within a healthcare setting would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts.
