Job summary
This is a new post working across four practices in Selby Town PCN.
Working for Selby Prime Care Ltd but contracted with Selby Town PCN, the
post holder will support & line manage staff & coordinate resources to enable
the PCN to fulfil requirements of the PCN DES & other projects. This will
involve high level HR functions, liaison & communications with the PCN
Board, submitting reports, attending board meetings & taking minutes.
The post holder will collaborate closely with Clinical
& Transformational leads to understand current service models, identify
challenges & agree how these can be met within available resources.

Monitor and manage implementation of project work
against relevant bid requirements and provide timely reports to funding bodies
as required.
Co-ordinate and provide reports on PCN-wide
contracting and quality work.
Work
closely with the PCN Clinical Director to oversee the recruitment and retention
of staff employed by the PCN and those employed on PCN projects.
Responsibility
for direct line management of employed staff as required
Ensure
that all PCN staff have access to appropriate IT equipment for their role.
Contribute
to the development of the PCN website, oversee the content, ensuring
consistency with messages presented on individual practice websites.
