We are looking for Clinical Homecare Nurses to
join our nursing team in providing professional services to our clients,
patients and healthcare providers.
This role is a field based role - and requires travel between patients.

Main duties of the job
- Assist in providing excellent patient care on behalf of the client and healthcare professionals in the UK.
- Responsible for teaching patients/carers to self-administer therapy or administering therapies according to service-specific protocols, including subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous routes.
- Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and community visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
- Support in providing a seamless service between hospital and home, promoting treatment adherence, compliance, and enhancing the patient's quality of life.
- Accurately record all patient care-related activities following HealthNet SOPs, work instructions, and professional guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining standards of professional competence and nursing practices, always working within the NMC code.
- Maintain professional development and share knowledge to improve patient care and best practices.
- Record, report, and act upon relevant patient information, communicating any changes to the Consultant/GP and team members.
- Maintain medical and ancillary supplies and ensure medical equipment is in good working order.
- Assist in the induction of newly appointed staff when requested.
