Job summary

We are seeking Children's Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our team. This role allows you to support both children and adults, delivering care in their homes, schools, or workplaces. As a Homecare Nurse, youll provide medical care at home for patients with conditions like growth hormone deficiency, autoimmune diseases, and rare disorders.

* Please note - this role is field based in and around the Bristol area - travel between patients is required up to 1.5 hrs *

As a nurse, youll offer one-on-one care, from teaching patients to administer injections to administering complex IV therapies. If youre a qualified children's nurse looking to make a real difference in patients lives, HealthNet Homecare is the place for you.

Main duties of the job

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals

Teaching patients, carers or family members to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service specific protocols in the comfort of their own homes.

Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes

Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home.

Ensure a high standard of service is stablished and always delivered for all customers and patients.

Travel requirements across regions

You will be a registered childrens nurse and passionate about delivering first class patient care.

Computer literate

3 years post registration experience

Previous homecare experience

Cannulation experience

Venepuncture experience
