Job summary
This role is to provide administrative support to Anfield and Everton PCN, carrying out a variety of functions to enable the smooth running of the organization.
A large part of the role will be to provide administrative support to the ARRS Team (comprised of paramedics, first contact physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, social prescribers, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, mental health practitioners and a dietician).
You will also be responsible for communications between the PCN and practices, maintaining the PCN website, and organising events (many of which in the service of reducing inequalities).

Main duties of the job
Your main duties will be to:
Maintain up-to-date records and databases for the PCN, including training records, extended access, Saturday rotas and associated recording on EMIS.
Maintain the PCN website to ensure a constant stream of up-to-date information for patients is available.
Manage internal communications within the network, under the direction of the PCN Manager, and ensure timely collation and dissemination of information.
Assist with the planning and implementation of PCN inequalities initiatives and projects.
Support the coordination of services and events, such as clinics or patient outreach events, and maintain appointments and sessions on on EMIS and PACO Blinx.
Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, including minute-taking, scheduling, and distribution of materials.
Maintain PCN registers e.g. assets and databases e.g. distribution lists related to the PCN services.

- Website management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, data protection laws, and NHS structures.
